Easy IMG processes images, animations, video, and audio locally in your browser. Your media files are not uploaded to our servers.
1. Media files
Files selected for editing or conversion are read by your browser and processed on your device. Easy IMG does not receive or retain those media files.
2. Contact information
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address or phone number, inquiry type, message, page path, language preference, and submission time that you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
Production deployments may store contact submissions in Cloudflare D1 and record a truncated cryptographic hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting. We do not sell contact information.
3. Retention and deletion
Contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and maintain business records. You may request access or deletion by contacting us through the form on the main website.
4. Analytics and cookies
Easy IMG may use privacy-focused aggregate analytics. If advertising or third-party analytics is enabled, those services may use cookies or similar technologies. Where required, we will request consent before loading non-essential advertising or tracking scripts.
5. Service providers
Hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and donation providers may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their services. Current providers will be disclosed on this page as integrations are enabled.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, request validation, and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never submit passwords, government identifiers, financial account data, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children below the minimum age required by their local law. Do not submit a child's personal information through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Contact us through the main website to make a request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
