By using Easy IMG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Easy IMG provides browser-based tools for editing and converting images, animations, video, and audio. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the files you process. You must have permission to edit and use every file you select. You may not use the service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights, or to create or distribute unlawful content.
3. Local processing
Media processing occurs in your browser. Results depend on your device, browser memory, file size, and available resources. Keep a backup of important original files.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass security controls, or abuse the contact form.
- Do not use the service for malware, fraudulent content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or illegal material.
- Do not misrepresent the service as providing professional, legal, financial, or security guarantees.
5. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Easy IMG and its operators are not liable for lost files, lost profits, data loss, service interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Advertising and donations
The site may display advertising or accept voluntary donations. Donations do not purchase paid services unless expressly stated. Third-party payment and advertising providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
